Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour (with higher rates of pay at weekends)

Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Boultham Park House, which offers high-quality, compassionate residential and dementia care for up to 34 residents. Set in its own grounds, the home overlooks and adjoins Boultham Park—one of Lincoln’s most beautiful green spots, featuring well-tended gardens, a lake, and a bandstand.
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will make a real, positive difference every day by supporting daily routines, personal care (such as washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use), and helping residents lead happy, fulfilled lives filled with laughter and lasting memories.
What We Are Looking For
