About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, customer-focused Customer Assistant for their Online team in Gravesend.

In this fast-paced role, you will be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection. Using in-store technology, you will accept orders, locate the right products, and prepare them quickly and carefully. You will also have the opportunity to support other store departments, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, depending on daily requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using in-store tech for delivery or collection.

• Operate within a fast-paced, structured environment following clear routines and timed activities.

• Deliver helpful and friendly service while supporting customers and resolving queries.

• Provide flexible support across other store areas, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, when needed.

• Ensure equipment is used safely and store processes are followed consistently.

• Comfortable using in-store technology and equipment safely and following established processes.

• Available for fully flexible shift patterns, Monday to Sunday between 5:30 AM and 10:00 PM.

• Must be over the school leaver’s age (additional age requirements of 18+ may apply for certain tasks due to health and safety regulations).
