In this role, no two days are the same! You’ll be at the heart of the store, keeping operations running seamlessly. From welcoming shoppers and operating tills to receiving deliveries and keeping shelves well-stocked, your energy and dedication will directly shape an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer First: Deliver friendly, efficient, and welcoming service to every shopper.

• Store Standards: Stock shelves, perform quality checks, and maintain high merchandising standards across the shop floor.

• Till Operations: Handle transactions promptly and accurately.

• Teamwork: Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to keep the store running smoothly.

• Active & Driven: Hardworking, comfortable being on your feet, and thrives in a busy setting.

• Reliable & Flexible: A adaptable, can-do attitude tailored to a fast-moving retail environment.

• Numeracy Skills: Confident handling basic numbers and till operations.

• Experience: Previous retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most—full training is provided!

• Competitive Pay: £13.50 – £14.47/hr with clear progression and pay rises linked to tenure.
