Key Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of the imaging team to provide a high standard of patient-centered care meeting the needs of patients, consultants, and colleagues.

• Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe care and enhance customer service and user satisfaction under the supervision of a Registered Practitioner.

• Conduct yourself professionally within the HCA and Imaging Assistants standard framework, adhering to professional codes of conduct.

• Demonstrate full competence within the scope of your working areas and ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience working in an Imaging or Healthcare Assistant role, including strong customer care background and experience handling challenging situations.

• Qualifications & Training: Possession of the Care Certificate, NVQ Level 1 (with a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2/3 Healthcare-specific or equivalent), and Maths/English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.

• Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, dedication to professional growth, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient support in a busy clinical environment.
