About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the exceptional care they deserve. Providing vital night-shift cover for annual leave or sickness, you will enjoy complete schedule flexibility while making a meaningful impact.
We will look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities will range from developing tailored care plans to administering medication safely and delivering excellence across everything you do. As an RGN here, you will have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way.
About You
To join us as a Bank Registered Nurse, you will need:
Current NMC registration (RGN).
A strong, up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices.
Proven experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
An understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
