Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Bradford Council to recruit a number of enthusiastic Casual Bars and Catering Assistants to join the casual register across prestigious venues including the Alhambra Theatre, St George's Hall, The Studio, and Ilkley's King's Hall & Winter Garden.

As a Casual Bar & Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our visitors enjoy exceptional service from arrival to curtain call. Key responsibilities include:
Customer Service & Sales: Delivering a food and beverage experience that goes above and beyond customers' expectations.
Bar & Service Operations: Serving customers, stocking up service areas, and managing fast-paced hospitality environments.
Hygiene & Safety Standards: Ensuring the completion of cleaning schedules, adhering to food safety guidelines, and maintaining high presentation standards.
Teamwork & Flexibility: Working independently or as part of a team, responding to customer queries, and carrying out duties requested by management to meet business needs.
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age for licensing regulations.
Ideally possess demonstrable experience working in a busy bar, restaurant, multi-outlet venue, or hospitality/catering setting.
Enthusiastic and physically fit, with the ability to handle a fast-paced, physically demanding daily routine.
Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn and undergo relevant health & safety/licensing training.
Competitive hourly pay (£12.65 per hour)
