Key Responsibilities
Process high volumes of email referral requests and schedule, amend, or cancel patient appointments accurately.
Coordinate room allocations and consultant availability, creating or modifying clinic schedules to align with operational needs.
Generate standard and ad-hoc departmental reports while ensuring accurate data entry across electronic administrative systems.
Requirements
Relevant customer-facing administrative experience (NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent preferred).
Strong computer literacy with exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills paired with an empathetic, customer-focused approach.
