About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with Lidl to find a resilient, confident, and trusted Deputy Store Manager.
As a Deputy Store Manager, you’ll stay cool, calm, and collected while getting hands-on across the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will also take great responsibility by running the store independently and leading by example during the absence of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Set a spectacular example for your store team and every customer.
Independently manage store operations when the Store Manager is away.
Motivate and support your team while living out Lidl's Company Values.
Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and track KPIs.
Deliver outstanding customer service and assist with all customer queries.
Comply completely with all Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
