The Role
Looking for a fast-paced role where you can stay active, work as part of a great team, and make a real impact every day? On behalf of our partner client, we are looking for proactive Stock Assistants to join a vibrant store environment in Whitehaven.
As a Stock Assistant, you will be the backbone of daily store operations—unloading deliveries, restocking shelves quickly, and keeping the sales floor organized, fresh, and welcoming for shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Replenishment: Unload deliveries and restock shelves efficiently to maintain maximum product availability.
Product Merchandising: Present products neatly and attractively to ensure high store standards.
Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming stock and check product freshness, removing anything that falls below brand standards.
Customer Support: Provide friendly and approachable service to customers when on the store floor.
What We’re Looking For
Active & Fast-Paced: Comfortable working on your feet and replenishing stock at pace.
Great Attitude: Friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic—attitude matters far more than experience!
Dependable: Reliable, flexible, and equipped with a positive "can-do" mindset in a fast-moving environment.
Experience: Previous retail or stock management experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided!

Competitive Pay: £13.12 per hour.

Important Details Before You Apply
Shift Times: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM (store schedules vary). Please ensure you have reliable transport to get to the Whitehaven store for these shift times.
