Working as a permanent General Assistant through our supportive bridge staffing agency on behalf of Barchester Healthcare, you will carry out a range of essential tasks across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering. By putting residents first and building positive professional relationships, you will help ensure their experience is happy, comfortable, and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
Undertake diverse daily tasks spanning housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering support.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents and staff.
Build positive, caring relationships with residents, enhancing their day-to-day experience.
Adapt flexibly to a wide-ranging, dynamic support routine during day shifts.
