About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit an energetic leader for their Service Team Leader position in Caterham.

In this role, you will act as the driving force behind the front-end operations. Whether you are using headsets to support checkout colleagues, analyzing performance dashboards, or coordinating daily activities across checkouts, customer service desks, and kiosks, you will ensure a fast, efficient, and friendly customer journey. It is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced retail leader or an ambitious team member ready to step up.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, supportive leadership presence across all front-end service operations.

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing checkout team to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Confidently utilize dashboards and reports to optimize the front-end experience and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate day-to-day communication across front-end departments, including checkouts, kiosks, customer service desks, and car parks.

• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations—including cash handling—are strictly followed.

• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams for high performance.

• Strong operational and technical knowledge of retail service departments.

• Able to effectively plan, organize, and manage workloads while meeting strict deadlines.

• Fully flexible availability across 5 over 7 days, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.

• Must be over 18 years of age.
