Care Assistant (Day & Night)

As a Care Assistant (Day & Night), you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care tailored to the individual needs of residents. Working collaboratively with your colleagues across day and night shift rotas, you will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and build warm, trusting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Gently assist residents with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, personal hygiene, and mealtime support.

• Support individualized care plans, ensuring each resident's personal preferences, dignity, and independence are honored.

• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and build strong, respectful relationships with residents and their families.
