About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Night and Care Support Worker for our supported living service in Aylesbury.
In this vital night-time role, you will help make a real, positive difference in residents' lives. Whether you are assisting with personal care routines, providing reassurance, or maintaining a calm and secure environment throughout the night, you will ensure our residents feel safe, valued, and able to lead happy, fulfilled lives. You will also assist with light household duties to keep living spaces tidy and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
Nighttime Support & Care: Assist residents with night-time routines and personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Safety & Comfort: Monitor and maintain a calm, secure, and reassuring environment throughout the night hours.
Household Upkeep: Carry out light household duties to ensure rooms and shared spaces are kept clean and tidy.
Relationship Building: Act as a positive role model, establishing trusting, warm connections with residents and the wider team.
What Me Are Looking For
Qualifications: Ideally holding, or willing to work towards, a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience: A proven track record in care and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of support.
Attitude: A positive, reliable, and eager-to-learn individual with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
