Are you an experienced care professional looking for an inspiring leadership role on night shifts? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Night Care Assistant to join the team at Iris Court Care Home.

In this role, you will look after the diverse needs of residents, supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team with vital tasks such as medication, care plans, and reviews.

• Pay Rate: £16.18 per hour

• Hours: 33.00 hours per week (Permanent)

• Shifts: Nights

• Closing Date: 4 September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.

• Support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care while respecting the dignity and personal preferences of every resident.

• Help maintain a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment throughout the night shift.

What We Are Looking For

• An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

• Specific knowledge and experience of clinical care for the elderly.

• A warm-hearted, compassionate disposition with a genuine commitment to individualized care.

• Strong leadership qualities, excellent people skills, and a proactive mindset.

• Note: Excellent opportunities for career progression into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles are available!
