Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op Legal Services to recruit a dedicated Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal / Will Writer on a remote, UK-wide basis!
In this vital role, you will help people plan for the future with care and confidence. You’ll proactively engage with clients, manage their estate planning cases from start to finish, and draft accurate wills, powers of attorney, and other essential documentation. Co-op Legal Services is passionate about developing talent, offering internal trainee solicitor programmes (with a bias towards estate planning) and clear pathways for career progression.
Working Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Fully remote across the UK, or based on-site at Co-op offices if preferred.
Document & Will Drafting: Write wills of various complexities, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and professionally written.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and external partners via phone and written channels throughout each case.
Case Management: Manage an incoming caseload of varying complexities, working toward successful completions while achieving billing and productivity targets.
Compliance & Records: Accurately maintain client records and correspondence on internal systems, ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory standards.
Drafting Experience: Previous experience of drafting wills across a range of complexities (including technically complex estate planning matters), taking client instructions, and advising clients on estate planning.
Case Management Experience: Proven experience of managing cases of varying complexities while achieving productivity and billing targets.
Customer Focus: The ability to build positive relationships, a passion for providing outstanding customer service, and high levels of empathy and communication.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage your own caseload.
