The Role
As a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator, you will act as the "chief fun officer," creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere and designing engaging, tailored activity plans that boost residents' spirits, physical health, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Run engaging morning and afternoon activity sessions (ranging from arts and crafts and baking to book clubs and gentle exercise).
Produce and update an activity planner for the home while effectively managing a set activities budget.
Organise special events, birthday surprises, and days out by liaising with external companies, performers, and the local community.
Coordinate meaningful one-to-one sessions with residents, utilizing reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or simply sharing a cup of tea and a chat.
Support the home with content for its social media channels as required.
What We Are Looking For
A creative thinker with plenty of imaginative ideas and strong organisational skills to manage paperwork and activity budgets.
An empathetic, positive, and humorous individual with an infectious enthusiasm for making a real difference in people's lives.
