Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week (Permanent contract + regular overtime)
Working Pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Availability to be discussed at interview.

About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our partner store team in Wigan as a Customer Team Leader. Take the next step toward managing your own store by leading a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store. Deliver essential community services, support post office, bakery, or home delivery operations, and play a key role in making life easier for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Shift Leadership: Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift, motivating, coaching, and supporting them to deliver great service and efficient operations.
Shop Floor & Tills: Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for Customer Team Members.
Store Performance: Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and basic HR processes.
Community & Membership: Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.
What You’ll Bring

Retail Aptitude: Skills in retail, merchandising, or team management (previous experience is helpful but not essential).
