We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Learning and Development Facilitator on behalf of our partner, Avery Healthcare, to oversee training and quality assurance across their care homes in the South Region (including Herne Bay, Sittingbourne, Gravesend, Sevenoaks, Beckenham, Sidcup, and Bexley Heath).
Your core focus will be driving performance and service quality by delivering quality-assured training, ensuring a competent and fully compliant care team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading engaging training sessions across a cluster of homes, with a strong focus on statutory and mandatory topics.
Identifying learning needs and tracking progress using the Learning Management System (LMS).
Planning, designing, and delivering interactive induction and refresher courses (both face-to-face and virtually), and accurately recording training records.
Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout all training programs.

Our Ideal Candidate Must Have:
Proven experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector, backed by related qualifications.
Solid knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements in healthcare.
A strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and addressing neurodiversity learning needs.
A Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it).
A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Health and Social Care (or similar).
A valid UK driving license and your own transport for regional travel.
A satisfactory DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (costs covered by the employer).
Valid proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
