As a Bank Registered Nurse at Forest Hill Care Home, you will provide vital cover for planned or unplanned absences, delivering exceptional care to residents with diverse needs. You will support our multidisciplinary team with in-depth clinical expertise, develop tailored care plans, ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, and carry out vital clinical tasks—all with the freedom and autonomy to make a genuine, positive impact.
Clinical Expertise & Care: Deliver specialized nursing care, addressing the physical, psychological, and mental health needs of residents with complex requirements.
Care Planning: Develop tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
Resident Dignity: Ensure every resident is treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and compassion, helping them get the most out of life.
Flexibility: Work casual bank shifts (Days or Nights) on an as-needed basis to provide essential cover for annual leave or sickness.
Qualifications: Current NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with an active PIN.
Knowledge & Experience: Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices—particularly regarding dementia and complex care—alongside experience in producing robust care plans and risk assessments.
Personality: Compassionate, dedicated, and proud of your thoughtful, person-centred approach to nursing.
