Day Shifts: 42 hours per week (08:00 AM – 20:00 PM) including alternate weekends
Night Shifts: 24 hours per week (20:00 PM – 08:00 AM) including alternate weekends
Salary: £13.25 per hour + paid breaks + £500 welcome bonus

Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Care Assistant to become the heartbeat of our award-winning village. In this role, your passion for caregiving will shine as you deliver exceptional social, emotional, and clinical support, bringing smiles to our residents' faces every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, meeting their specific individual needs.
Support residents with everything from daily companionship to comprehensive personal care.
Work collaboratively with nurses and senior care assistants to monitor residents and report any health changes promptly.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with residents' families, friends, and external healthcare professionals.
Key Requirements & Experience
A naturally caring, empathetic, and enthusiastic disposition.
A strong dedication to promoting resident dignity, independence, and choice.
Previous care experience is advantageous, though a passion for helping others is what matters most.
Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including alternate weekends.
