Clean Team Member
About this role
As a Clean Team Member, you will perform routine and deep cleaning tasks across various club areas, including the gym floor, changing rooms, showers, and poolside facilities. Utilizing modern commercial cleaning machinery, you will ensure full adherence to health and safety protocols to maintain a high-standard environment for all members.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out comprehensive cleaning across club areas, including changing rooms, showers, gym equipment, pool surrounds, and deep cleaning zones.
Safely operate commercial cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers, rotary floor machines, and carpet extraction cleaners.
Perform waste removal, restock supplies, and follow established hygiene and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe facility.
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning, housekeeping, or facility maintenance role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate specialized cleaning equipment safely.
Friendly, approachable manner with good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
