Role Overview
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be the cool, calm, and collected backbone of the store. You will lead by example on the shop floor, keep operations running smoothly, and take full ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and develop a high-performing team while driving company values.
Store Operations: Manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, handle deliveries, and oversee till areas and KPIs.
Customer Excellence: Deliver a friendly face and unmatched service for every customer who walks through the doors.
Compliance: Ensure rigorous adherence to Health and Safety laws, standards, and company guidelines.

What You Will Receive
