What You Will Be Doing
Provide compassionate, person-centred care to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, helping them lead valued, fulfilled, and independent lives.
Support residents with choice and control as they access mainstream services, work, training, hobbies, and leisure opportunities.
Bring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to a dynamic environment that supports residents with challenging behaviors and high support needs in the least restrictive setting possible.

Key Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker within the NHS or private sector.
A naturally caring, compassionate, and resilient disposition with high levels of vigilance and dedication.
Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to working in a 24/7 care environment.

The service is structured to care for residents in a robust, safe environment with the long-term aim of supporting them toward more independent living settings.
