Location: Richmond Villages Painswick, Stroud Road, Gloucestershire, GL6 6UL
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Contract Type: Bank (Flexible shifts with no travel required, as all residents live on-site in our beautiful serviced apartments)
Shift Patterns: A variety of flexible shifts available (e.g., 7:00am–11:30am, 6:45am–2:00pm, 1:45pm–10:00pm, and 6:00pm–10:00pm)

We are partnering with Richmond Villages Painswick (part of Bupa) to find a dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistant for a flexible bank role. In this unique position, you will provide person-centred care and support exclusively to residents living within our on-site serviced apartments, helping them maintain their independence and get the most out of life.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting residents with personal care duties and supporting them at mealtimes where appropriate.
Promoting mental and physical wellbeing through hobbies, interests, and village activities.
Responding promptly to emergency calls when the on-site care alert system is activated.
Working collaboratively with the Domiciliary Care Manager and external professionals like GPs, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists.
What We’re Looking For
A caring nature, excellent listening skills, and a positive, respectful outlook.
Experience in a care or dementia setting, or a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable—though not essential, as a thorough, fully paid induction and full training will be provided!
A genuine passion for putting residents' safety, welfare, and personal choices first.
