As a Refuse and Recycling Loader, you will play a vital frontline role in keeping Haywards Heath clean, safe, and sustainable. Working alongside a professional, friendly driving and loading crew, you will deliver reliable waste and recycling services to residential homes and commercial properties, serving as a positive public face for the team within the community.
Route Collection: Complete pre-planned collection routes efficiently alongside your driver and crew colleagues.
Community Care: Help maintain high environmental standards, keeping local streets clean, tidy, and safe.
Customer Service: Deliver polite, professional service to residents and businesses across your beat.
Teamwork & Targets: Work collaboratively to hit daily performance goals while maintaining strict punctuality and safety standards.
This is an active, outdoor role that requires physical stamina and a positive attitude. No prior waste industry experience is necessary—what matters most is your reliability and work ethic.
