About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lewin House, a modern and spacious care home in Aylesbury featuring 70 individual rooms across four wings, specialist nursing units, and wonderful communal areas designed to help residents feel right at home.
As a Permanent Night Care Assistant (30 hours per week), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, peaceful, and comfortable night's rest. You will provide reassuring night-time support, assist with personal care routines, and bring a calm, compassionate presence to our home when it matters most.
What We Are Looking For
The Right Attitude: A genuine passion for care, bringing patience, kindness, dignity, and a reassuring presence through the night hours.
Communication Skills: Great interpersonal skills to work seamlessly within our night team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Experience: Open to both experienced night carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experiences. Full induction training and support are provided!
