About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lewin House, a modern and spacious care home in Aylesbury featuring 70 individual rooms across four wings, specialist nursing units, and fantastic communal and outdoor spaces designed to help residents feel right at home.
As a Permanent Full-Time Care Assistant (42 hours per week), you will make a real, positive difference every single day. Along with supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use), you will help create a happy, fulfilled life for our residents, sharing laughter and building lasting, meaningful memories as part of our extended family.
What We Are Looking For

Communication Skills: Great interpersonal skills to build wonderful relationships with residents and colleagues.
Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experiences. Full induction training and support are provided!
