The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of our home, providing vital person-centred care that supports independence, honours choice, and ensures our residents feel safe, supported, and valued as part of the family.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific daily requirements.
Support residents with a wide range of differing needs, from daily companionship to personal care.
Work closely with nurses and senior care staff to monitor resident wellbeing and report any changes promptly.
Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and external healthcare professionals.
What We Are Looking For
A motivated, positive individual with fantastic interpersonal skills and a natural understanding of what matters to others.
Whether you are an experienced carer or brand new to the sector, you bring a passion for delivering kindness, warmth, and high-quality social care.
A willingness to learn, adapt, and train on modern digital care systems designed to streamline daily tasks.
