At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting Bank Registered Nurses (RGN) on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the clinical team at Worplesdon View Care Home in Guildford.
In this flexible clinical role, you will oversee the holistic health—physical, psychological, and social—of residents in a warm, supportive environment. Relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, you will handle everything from creating personalized care plans and administering medications safely to delivering nursing excellence across every shift.
Key Responsibilities
Holistic Clinical Care: Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the physical, psychological, and emotional needs of residents.
Medication & Safety: Safe administration and management of medicines in strict compliance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and home policies.
Clinical Planning & Governance: Formulate comprehensive care plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with DoLS/MCA regulatory frameworks and CQC standards.
Team Leadership: Guide and supervise shift care staff, serving as the lead clinical decision-maker on duty.
Flexible Shift Cover: Provide essential clinical support across day or night shifts during staff leave, sickness, or peak periods.
Requirements & Qualifications
Professional Registration: Active, unencumbered NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Clinical Skills: Sound knowledge of modern clinical nursing practices, medication management, and care planning.
Regulatory Understanding: Strong knowledge of DoLS/MCA frameworks and statutory guidelines.
