Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester, M50 3SP (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £25,000 per annum + Fixed term contract allowance

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday on a rota basis between 07:30 – 20:00)

About the Role

As an Operational Support Advisor at Bupa Place, you will play a critical part in helping our customer-facing colleagues and wellbeing support services deliver exceptional standards of care and service. Working within our vibrant Salford Quays hub, you'll provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to Bupa Health Clinics, UK Insurance customers, clients, partners, and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle internal and external webchats, telephone enquiries, and mailbox management in real time, ensuring all queries meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Coordinate appointments for relevant clinical teams, manage data inputting, and process inventory tasks effectively.

• Raise and process payments for invoices while adhering to regulatory frameworks like GDPR, Access to Medical Reports Act, and CQC standards.

• Actively resolve queries at the point of contact or log incidents securely using Datix.

• Collaborate with peers and team managers to identify process improvements, enhance customer journeys, and drive operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced customer service or administrative environment.

• Strong PC literacy with good knowledge of Windows-based packages and the ability to combine talking and typing skills smoothly.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible approach to learning new skills within a changing environment.
