About the Role
As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the General Manager in driving the exceptional quality of care Barchester is renowned for. Working closely with the leadership team, you will take charge in the General Manager's absence, ensuring pristine care standards, mentoring staff, and monitoring compliance through regular audits and supervised clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in the day-to-day leadership and operational running of the home.
Inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Monitor care standards through regular audits, clinical oversight, and regulatory compliance.
Lead safeguarding investigations, manage clinical risk assessments, and contribute to budget management and growth strategies.
About You
