Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with MHA to find an enthusiastic and creative Activities Co-ordinator for Hall Grange care home in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities

• Activity Design & Delivery: Plan, organise, and run a varied, stimulating schedule of group and individual activities tailored to residents’ social, physical, and emotional needs.

• Promoting Wellbeing: Inspire participation and support residents' social and spiritual wellbeing through inclusive, creative events.

• Digital Connection: Help residents use IT tools (such as video calls and social media) to stay closely connected with family and friends.

• Collaboration & Records: Liaise with key workers, relatives, volunteers, and local community groups, maintaining accurate records of attendance and activity outcomes.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure the safe use of all activity equipment, manage within budget, and adhere strictly to health, safety, and safeguarding policies.

• Skills: Strong organisational abilities, excellent communication and listening skills, and the confidence to use and teach basic IT tools.

• Approach: The ability to work flexibly, using your own initiative while also collaborating seamlessly with a close-knit team.

• Proximity: Ideally living within approximately 15 miles of Croydon for a manageable and balanced commute.
