As a Night Care Assistant, you will be a reassuring, compassionate presence through the night, making a positive impact on our residents' lives when they need it most. Working within a luxury care environment at Southbourne Beach Care Home, your dedication will ensure residents feel safe, secure, and respected at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high standards of personal care, assisting residents with personal hygiene, comfort, and nighttime routines while championing independence and dignity.
Recognise and understand clinical risk areas (such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls risk, and signs of infection) and escalate any concerns in a timely manner.
Act courteously and respectfully towards residents and their visitors at all times.
Practice safe systems of work across a range of daily care and night-shift tasks.

Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
