About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Minibus Driver for Westbourne Tower Care Home in Bournemouth.
In this rewarding well-being role, your primary focus will be providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for our residents to and from various activities and outings, ensuring they enjoy an enriching and connected lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide reliable and safe transportation services for residents.
Assist residents with special needs during transit—such as carrying personal items, opening doors, helping them in and out of the vehicle, and escorting them to their destination.
Maintain complete focus on safe driving while coordinating passenger interactions and assistance with onboard support staff.
Handle miscellaneous pickup and delivery services as required.

Requirements:
Hold a valid PCV license with Category D1 and possess an acceptable driving record.
Be willing to attend periodic Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training as required.
Maintain deep knowledge of safety precautions and strictly comply with all safety procedures.
Remain calm under pressure, react effectively in emergencies, and display a considerate, passenger-focused attitude.
