What You’ll Earn & Receive

• Hourly Rate: £15.45 - £15.95 per hour

• Premium Pay: An additional £2.00/hr for Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts (when applicable)

• Holiday: 30–35 days of annual leave (pro rata)

What You’ll Do

• Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and delegate tasks effectively, creating a supportive workspace where your new colleagues can succeed alongside you.

• Shift Management: Manage freshness checks, cash processes, inventory tracking, and stock management to ensure seamless operations.

• Operational Control: Confidently run the store floor and manage colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Problem Solving: Swiftly tackle day-to-day challenges on your feet to keep the store running like clockwork.

• Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming environment, ensuring every customer receives premium service during their visit.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience leading a team and achieving targets in a bustling, fast-paced retail or hospitality setting.

• Strong delegation skills with the ability to inspire and rally a team around shared goals.

• Exceptional patience, a friendly manner, and a track record of staying calm under pressure.
