In this role, no two days are ever the same! Positioned at the heart of daily store operations, you will keep everything running seamlessly. From welcoming shoppers and operating tills to receiving deliveries and restocking shelves, your energy and dedication will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Deliver friendly, prompt, and helpful service to every customer.

• Store Standards: Replenish stock, perform product quality checks, and maintain visually appealing displays across the store.

• Till Operations: Handle transactions confidently, accurately, and efficiently.

• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with a fast-paced, friendly team to keep the store running at its best.

• Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to assist both customers and team members.

• Driven & Active: Hardworking, comfortable on your feet, and thrives in a busy environment.

• Reliable & Flexible: A adaptable, can-do attitude tailored to a fast-moving retail setting.

• Numeracy Skills: Confident handling basic numbers and till operations.

• Experience: Previous retail experience is welcome, but attitude matters most—comprehensive training is provided!

• Competitive Pay: £13.50 – £14.47 per hour with clear progression and tenure-linked pay increases.
