Deputy Manager - RGN

As a Deputy Manager - RGN, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home. You will promote high standards of resident care, provide leadership to staff, and contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading the care team and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing, oversee medication management, and participate in clinical meetings and quality audits.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while mentoring and supporting staff development.

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with an active NMC PIN.

• Minimum of two years' management experience within a care home or similar healthcare setting.

• Strong leadership, communication, IT, and organisational skills with the flexibility to manage operational priorities.
