About the Role
As an Activities Coordinator, you will help create a vibrant, stimulating environment that enables residents to live life to the fullest. True to Barchester’s ethos of celebrating life, you will design imaginative, fun, and motivational programs tailored to diverse interests and abilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Getting to know residents and their families to build personalized activity plans.
Maximizing resident wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Inspiring both residents and staff to participate in engaging events within the home and the local community.
