In this dynamic role, you will deliver innovative community-based rehabilitation initiatives designed to support participants recovering from various health conditions. Combining live group exercise, digital interaction, and personalized wellbeing coaching, you will empower individuals to regain physical capability and long-term vitality.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and lead 12-week rehabilitation programs incorporating both in-person and digital group exercise sessions.
Conduct weekly individual consultations to support participants with goal setting, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle management.
Track individual progress closely, modifying exercise intensities and following internal governance guidelines for clinical reporting.
Requirements
Essential Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, with a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation highly preferred.
Proven experience delivering rehabilitation, exercise programs, and wellbeing guidance to diverse or vulnerable populations.
Outstanding communication, organization, and digital skills to engage individuals effectively.
