Partnering with leading leisure trusts and operators, we specialize in placing candidates into rewarding careers where your safety expertise and customer care help maintain safe, vibrant, and accessible aquatic facilities for everyone.
As a Lifeguard working on behalf of Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT) at Westgate Leisure Centre, you will be an essential part of the facility's daily operations. Swimming pools are the beating heart of our leisure hubs, and without lifeguards, pool activities cannot run.
Operating on a flexible, casual basis, you will ensure that all visitors can use the pool safely, maintain immaculate standards of cleanliness in the pool area, manage equipment set-up safely, and—when needed—step in to save lives. This is a vital, purposeful role offering fantastic training, a supportive close-knit team, and clear pathways for career progression across multiple facilities.
