Location: Lent Rise House Care Home, Coulson Way, Burnham, Slough, SL1 7NL
Pay Rate: £25.03 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent / 36 hours per week (Flexible casual/bank hours also available)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lent Rise House, a modern care home in the heart of Burnham (close to Slough and Maidenhead) offering high-quality nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia.
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN / RMHN) who thrives on making a positive difference. As a clinical leader on shift, you will manage the care team, ensure high standards of clinical and personal care, and build meaningful care partnerships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Valid NMC PIN and a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Experience: Post-registration experience with a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks and clinical competencies (e.g., medication administration, end-of-life care, tissue viability, catheterisation).
Leadership: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, capable of working autonomously and motivating a care team.
