About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to find friendly, approachable individuals to join their Service team at Victoria Promenade in Northampton.

In this fixed-term role, you will be the welcoming face of the store, assisting customers at checkouts, self-serve tills, and kiosks to ensure transactions are processed smoothly. You will also receive cross-training to support other areas like Market Street and Replenishment, making this a fantastic role for a versatile team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional checkout, self-serve, and kiosk experience.

• Process transactions smoothly and efficiently while helping shoppers with queries.

• Ensure customers leave feeling looked after, valued, and welcome.

• Cross-train and provide flexible support across other store departments, including Market Street and Replenishment, as needed.

About You

• A helpful, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

• A love for staying active and being hands-on in a busy, structured work environment.

• Comfort using equipment safely and following established store processes.

• Note: Candidates must be over the school leaver’s age, and certain roles may require applicants to be over 18 due to health and safety regulations.
