Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, 36 or 48 hours per week (12-hour shifts from 8 to 8, including alternate weekends)
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised care and daily assistance to residents, respecting their dignity, choices, and independence.
Build meaningful, supportive relationships with residents and their families.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.
Put residents first in everything you do, from daily interactions to nurturing a warm community atmosphere.
