About the Role
A healthy, nutritious diet is essential to resident well-being. As a Bank Kitchen Assistant, you will provide cover for planned or unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sickness), helping the kitchen team produce quality meals and create a fulfilling dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, basic cooking, and maintaining strict kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Help create a welcoming, high-quality hospitality experience during resident mealtimes.
Build positive relationships with residents and understand their dietary preferences.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen, care, and domestic teams on shift.
About You
No formal qualifications are required—full training will be provided! We are looking for:
