In this vital role, you will lead structured physical rehabilitation and wellness initiatives tailored to support participants through personalized recovery pathways. Combining live exercise sessions, digital interaction, and emotional support, you will empower individuals to regain physical health, manage long-term conditions, and build lasting lifestyle habits.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and facilitate 12-week rehabilitation programs featuring both in-person and virtual group exercise classes.
Conduct weekly individual coaching calls to guide clients through goal setting, motivation, and emotional wellbeing.
Monitor individual client progress, adapting exercise intensities and ensuring accurate clinical data tracking and reporting.
Requirements
Essential Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, ideally supplemented by a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation.
Demonstrable experience delivering exercise rehabilitation and wellbeing support to diverse or vulnerable groups.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and digital skills to deliver engaging hybrid health programs.
