About the Role
Are you a dedicated and compassionate person looking for a permanent night-time role where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people?
As a Night Care Assistant at Lawton Rise Care Home, you will help our residents enjoy peace of mind and comfort throughout the night, making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Every shift is varied and fulfilling—from assisting with nighttime routines, food, and drink, to following personal care plans and providing comforting one-to-one companionship.
Key Responsibilities
Nighttime Support: Provide dedicated care and support to residents throughout the night hours.
Person-Centred Care: Assist with daily living activities, follow tailored care plans, and ensure each resident receives individualised attention.
Companionship: Build warm, supportive relationships and share special moments to help residents feel secure, valued, and safe.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Approach: A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a warm-hearted, empathetic nature.
Compassion: Above all, a genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of care and support. Full training and development will be provided!
