What You’ll Do

Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and delegate tasks swiftly to your team, creating an encouraging environment where everyone can succeed.
Operational Control: Take full responsibility for store operations, managing shifts independently in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Daily Management: Handle critical day-to-day processes including inventory, stock management, cash handling, and strict freshness controls.
Customer Excellence: Ensure the shop floor is immaculate and welcoming, providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience every time.
