Pay Rate: £14.17 per hour (Mon–Fri) | £14.57 per hour (Weekends)
Contract Type: Bank / Flexible Hours (Covering annual leave and sickness with zero guaranteed hours)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Millbrook Lodge, an attractive and welcoming care home located in the centre of Brockworth, just outside Gloucester. The home provides high-quality, compassionate residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 80 residents.
We are looking for dedicated Bank Night Care Assistants to join our night team, covering shifts for annual leave and sickness. You will play a vital role in providing reassurance, comfort, and personal care through the night, ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and well-looked after while they sleep.
What We Are Looking For
The Right Attitude: A genuine passion for care, bringing warmth, comfort, and dignity to residents during the night hours.
Communication Skills: Great interpersonal skills to work effectively alongside the night team and provide a reassuring presence.
Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experiences. Full induction training and support are provided!
Flexibility: Ideal for individuals seeking bank hours to fit around night-shift preferences or other weekly commitments.
