Pay Rate: £23.36 per hour
Contract Type: Bank / Casual (Flexible hours as and when required)

About the Role
Join us as a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) at Windermere House Independent Hospital. This flexible, casual role allows you to provide crucial cover (such as for annual leave or sick leave) while delivering compassionate care to patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviors.
Key responsibilities include:
Working within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met with dignity and respect
Listening to patients and supervising the delivery of excellent nursing care
Taking advantage of the freedom and autonomy to make a genuine, positive difference in patients' lives
About You
To join us as a Bank RMN/RNLD, you will need:
Current NMC registration (Mental Health or Learning Disability)
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and CQC requirements/frameworks
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and undertaking risk assessments
A proactive, dedicated, and compassionate approach to team-based clinical care
