About the Role
We are recruiting a reliable, caring Domestic Assistant (Relief/Bank) on behalf of Bradbury Grange in Whitstable.
Your work plays an essential part in creating a clean, safe, and warm environment where residents feel valued, comfortable, and truly at home. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across communal areas, offices, and residents' rooms while always respecting individual dignity and privacy.
What You Will Need
A Caring Approach: Genuine sensitivity to the needs of older people and respect for personal space.
Experience: Previous domestic or cleaning experience is desirable, but a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail are most important.
Teamwork & Initiative: Ability to work well independently and as part of a friendly team, following safety and COSHH guidelines.
Flexibility: A flexible approach to work, including availability across a 7-day rota.
